At this stage, I have chosen not to implement a system that charges an automatic, non-refundable booking fee. This does allow me some discretion in choosing when to enforce my cancellation policy as I understand that life happens.

Unless an emergency occurs:

• Cancelled appointments within 48 hours that cannot be filled will be charged the full fee. 
• Missed appointments that cannot be filled will be charged the full fee.
